Etiquette Etiquette® provides professional etiquette, protocol, and executive presence training for corporations, organizations, universities, graduate students, and emerging professionals seeking refined communication, polished presence, and elevated professional standards.

Training programs are available in both structured curriculum formats and customized professional development sessions tailored to organizational goals and client needs.

TRAINING INVESTMENT

Instructional Fee starting: $195 per hour

Most coaching engagements range from one to three hours.

Training sessions are available virtually via Zoom or in person.

Professional meeting space or venue fees may apply for in-person sessions and will be discussed during the booking process.

PRIVATE Professional Coaching

Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your session.

Cancellation Policy

48+ hours cancellation notice - before the session – full credit toward a future session
Less than 48 hours - 50% of the session fee forfeited
Same-day cancellation or no-show – 100% forfeited

CORPORATE & ORGANIZATIONAL TRAINING Policies

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all corporate or organizational training engagements. The remaining balance is due 5 business days prior to the scheduled training date.

Cancellation Policy

10+ business days notice — no additional charges beyond deposit

Less than 10 business days — $250 administrative fee

Less than 72 hours — 50% of the total training fee charged

Same-day cancellation or no-show — 100% of the total fee forfeited

Training logistics and preparatory coordination begin upon receipt of the required deposit.
