    I acknowledge that the coaching services provided by Etiquette Etiquette are not intended as a substitute for professional mental health care or medical care. They are not meant to diagnose, treat, or cure mental health or medical conditions. I also understand that Karene A. Putney does not serve as a mental health counselor or a medical professional. It is important to note that the coaching industry is currently unregulated, and although sessions may take place in the US, they are not "licensed" by any US governing body. I fully accept that I am responsible for my well-being throughout the coaching sessions and beyond, including my choices and decisions. I know that coaching is not a replacement for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, or substance abuse treatment, and I will not utilize it as a substitute for any form of therapy.     This private coaching session with Etiquette Etiquette establishes a confidential relationship. Any information (documented or verbal) shared by the Client with Karene A. Putney is considered confidential and will be treated as such. While Karene A. Putney adheres to a Code of Ethics that upholds confidentiality, it is important to note that this relationship is not legally confidential. As a result, Karene A. Putney agrees not to disclose any information regarding the Client without obtaining the Client's written consent.
