Etiquette Etiquette® invites you to an intimate Professional Dining Etiquette Experience at the historic Willard InterContinental Washington, D.C.
During this immersive experience, guests will enjoy a formal three-course luncheon while receiving professional instruction designed to build confidence and ease in business, professional, and formal dining environments.
YOUR EXPERIENCE INCLUDES
Professional Dining Etiquette Instruction: Learn the practical standards and behaviors that help you navigate professional and formal dining environments with confidence.
Formal Three-Course Luncheon: Apply what you are learning in real time while enjoying a professionally served three-course meal.
Table Etiquette & Dining Protocol: Learn place settings, utensils, napkin etiquette, dining posture, courses, service cues, and other essential table practices.
Professional Conversation & Guest Courtesies: Build confidence with introductions, conversation, networking, host and guest responsibilities, and navigating the social dynamics around the table.
Professional Presence: Understand how composure, awareness, courtesy, judgment, and conduct influence how others experience you in professional settings.

Digital Etiquette Workbook: Guests receive a PDF resource following the experience to reinforce key principles and continue applying what they learned.
Certificate of Completion: Each participant receives an Etiquette Etiquette® Certificate of Completion recognizing participation in Professional Dining Etiquette training.

No previous etiquette training is required.

The experience takes place at The Willard InterContinental Washington, D.C., 1401 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, within the intimate Grant Suite.
The historic setting provides an exceptional environment in which to study the intersection of professional conduct, hospitality, history, and modern dining etiquette.
