Parental Teen Consent Statement

Drop-off & Pick-up Information for Parents - Etiquette Etiquette
Welcome to Etiquette Etiquette at the National Harbor Hyatt Place! We're delighted to have your teen join us for a session in refinement and etiquette. To ensure a smooth experience, please take note of the following:
Parking at the National Harbor Hyatt Place:
Self-parking is available at the Fleet Street garage for hourly rates. We recommend planning for parking ahead of time to ensure a stress-free drop-off and pick-up.
Check-In System:
For the safety of our participants, we kindly request that an adult signs in teens under 18 years old. Please aim to drop off your teen at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. We appreciate your punctuality in picking up your teen promptly.
Personal Belongings:
Teens are encouraged to bring essentials like cell phones, purses, or backpacks. However, please be mindful of valuables, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Required Information:
Provide a contact emergency phone number during check-in. This ensures we can reach you promptly in case of unforeseen circumstances.
Emergency Procedures:
In the event of an emergency, parents will be notified immediately. Your child's safety is our top priority.
