Etiquette Etiquette is committed to providing exceptional service in a timely manner,. Unfortunately, when a customer cancels without giving enough notice, it prevents another customer from being served no-shows, and late cancellations have an impact on service quality.
Attendance Requirements
Training participants are required to arrive early.
Notice of absence: Participants should send notice of absence to the organizers no later than 3 days before the training day. Participants in this category will be rescheduled for another training date based on availability.
Please note that no refund will be made when the participant defaults.
Seminar Agreement
By completing your registration, you acknowledge that the program is for Your exclusive use only. Online classes - using or sharing Login Details is prohibited and is cause for immediate termination of access without notice to You.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your User Name and Password for all materials.
All Program Materials provided are owned by The Protocol School of Washington and protected by the U.S. and international copyright laws.
U.S. and international copyright laws prohibit the copying, distribution, use, or display of a copyrighted work without the prior permission of the copyright owner.
Specific prohibitions include but are not limited to the following:
(1) Participant is not authorized to copy, video, photograph, or screenshot any virtual sessions or in-person sessions.
(2) Participant or organization representative shall not use the Program Materials in or as the basis of a film, video, television or radio program, audio cassette, CD-ROM, DVD, article, story, card, pamphlet, book, or any written published or unpublished work.

We want to ensure a respectful and compliant learning environment for all. The content presented in the "Outclass the Competition, Dining Etiquette Fundamentals" program is copyrighted by the Protocol School of Washington.
As authorized owners, Etiquette Etiquette is licensed to train and teach. However, we request that you honor the copyright policy. The information shared during this program is intended for your personal growth and development. Please refrain from distributing or using it for teaching purposes outside of your participation without obtaining prior permission from the Protocol School of Washington.

Cancellation/ Refund Policy
Cancellation by Participant:
- Cancellations received up to 10 days before the training seminar start date and before accessing the materials will be subject to an administrative fee of $50.
- Online and in-person training are nonrefundable, but participants may transfer to another course date.
Cancellation by Etiquette Etiquette:
- In the event that Etiquette Etiquette cancels the seminar training, participants will receive a full refund of all tuition fees.
Postponement due to Low Enrollment:
- If a training class is postponed due to low enrollment, participants will have the option to:
- a) Receive a refund of their registration fee minus an administrative fee of $50 if the new date doesn't match their schedule.
- b) If the new date doesn't suit them, they can Apply their registration fee as a credit towards another class.
Refund Process:
- Upon request, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
- Participants must contact Etiquette Etiquette to initiate the refund process.
Policy Observance:
- Etiquette Etiquette has implemented a cancellation policy that will be strictly observed.
Etiquette Tea Class Cancellation Policy
Tea Class Cancellation:
- Tea class fees are non-refundable. Credit will apply to a new class date.
Rescheduling Due to Low Enrollment:
- Afternoon tea sessions may be rescheduled in the event of low enrollment. Participants can transfer their registration to the rescheduled date or apply their registration fee as a credit towards another class.
Transfer Policy
A transfer request may be submitted by phone, email, or online.
Suppose the participant has committed to a specific seminar course and wishes to transfer to a future training seminar. In that case, a request must be submitted to the Registrar or Trainer via email or phone at 866.556.5290 along with a registration transfer fee of $50.00(U.S.D.) to cover administrative costs and expenses.
All Transfers are contingent upon availability.
Etiquette Etiquette reserves the right to modify prices, change dates and times of programs or cancel scheduled modules due to insufficient enrollment or unexpected circumstances.
